Join us for Worship

In Our Sanctuary or Online

Sundays at 10:15 AM

All Ages

We are a friendly, warm congregation where the participation of children and youth is celebrated. Our worship includes scripture readings, music, and a sermon to focus our minds and hearts on God. We share our joys and concerns during the Prayers of the People, and we celebrate the Sacrament of Communion every first Sunday of the month. Everyone is welcome at the Communion Table.

We have one worship service, and some join us in-person and some join us online, for ZOOM worship. We call it 'hybrid worship.' We share greetings across the digital distance during the passing of the peace and the Prayers of the People. Details for joining worship online are found here.

For the safety of all, masks and the maintenance of social distance are required for in-person worship and Sunday School, for all people 2 years and older. We open up the windows and use ceiling fans to circulate the air.

We often hear the sound of piano, organ, hand bells, and virtual singers and musicians in worship, and members of all ages are encouraged to share their musical gifts. When community singing is safe again, we'll welcome back our beloved Senior Choir which offers inspiring anthems.

Children and youth are invited to attend Sunday School, which is held outdoors this summer. In the case of rain, Sunday School meets in our large, breezy Fellowship Hall. Children join their families outside after worship. Young children are welcome to attend worship with their caregivers.

You are invited to greet Pastor Sarah outdoors after worship.

In-Person Worship Safety updates

-Do not attend worship if you or members of your household have symptoms, even if they are mild.

-Visitors to the church for worship or programming are required to wear a mask

-Social distancing is an important requirement for church participation. We ask that each person respect the needs and health of others and maintain a distant, yet friendly greeting!

-Fellowship time after worship is outdoors. Please exit the building immediately after worship and keep the church hallways clear for everyone to enter and exit at a safe distance.

-Feel free to enter and exit the sanctuary by any door--from the parking lot, double glass doors, or from the red doors on the Route 10 side of the building.

-We can't sing, but we can still worship!

-The first Sunday of the month is Communion Sunday. We use prepackaged Communion kits, that contain gluten. If you need an alternative bread, please bring it with you.

- An inherent risk of exposure to Covid-19 exists in any public place where people are present. Covid-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. Senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By visiting our establishment, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to Covid-19. Help keep each other healthy.
